Work Location - Bukit Panjang
Working Hours - Monday to Friday, 7.30am to 4.30pm
Contract Duration - 7 Months
Monthly Salary - up to $2800 per month
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming telephone calls promptly and assist visitors, staff, and students with general inquiries to ensure smooth communication flow
- Support student-related matters by managing latecomers, attending to sick bay needs, processing early dismissals, handling lost and found items, and distributing requested supplies such as ice, biscuits, and tissues
- Collect and deliver homework and other items to students as needed to support their academic activities
- Organize stationery and maintain first aid inventories to ensure availability of necessary supplies
- Receive and inspect incoming goods and verify files to maintain accurate records and inventory control
- Perform additional administrative duties as assigned to support daily operations
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in reception, customer service, or administrative support roles
- GCE O Level and above
