School Operations Officer

Description:

• Support daily school operations, including opening and closing of school premises and managing the alarm system
• Reset electrical trips and fire alarm systems when required (training provided)
• Accompany contractors during inspections, maintenance, and repair works
• Provide logistical and operational support for school events and functions
• Perform general cleaning for special rooms when required
• Provide duty coverage for other Operations Support Officers when necessary
• Carry out other operational duties as assigned by the Operations Manager (OM)

Requirement:

• Physically fit as the role requires frequent walking and movement around the school, including furniture arrangement
• Preferably with at least 3 years of experience in school operations or similar environment
• Minimum secondary school education relevant cleaning or maintenance training is an added advantage
• Familiar with arming and disarming security systems
• Basic maintenance awareness with ability to identify and report maintenance issues
