The Associate Lecturer For Hospitality & Tourism Management Will Contribute And Deliver Modules Or Courses In The Following Areas To PET Students
- Customer and Tourism Analytics
- Sustainability & Sustainable Tourism
- Revenue Optimisation
[What we are looking for]
Qualifications & Experience
- Relevant academic qualification in hospitality, business, or related disciplines
- At least three years of industry experience in tourism and hospitality, with expertise in one or more areas such as data analytics, sustainable practices, sales, marketing or revenue management
Teaching & Professional Skills
- Engage and inspire young adult learners through dynamic instruction, fostering understanding by unpacking complex theoretical concepts with clarity.
- Deliver industry-relevant knowledge while upholding high academic standards.
- Exhibit strong attention to detail and ensure timely completion of responsibilities
- Possess excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
Availability
- Able to commit to at least two weekday classes during the semester (Apr - Aug & Oct - Feb)
