School of Engineering - CET Associate Lecturer (Adoption of Go25 and Building Management System Short Courses)
[What you will be working on]
- Conduct Continuing Education and Training (CET) courses for adult learners.
- Deliver both theoretical and practical lessons on topics related to control systems, building operations, and sustainability practices.
- Facilitate discussions, case studies, and group presentations.
- Provide feedback and support learners in achieving course objectives.
- Assist in course material development and ensure alignment with learning outcomes.
[What we are looking for]
- Qualification in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related technical discipline.
- Strong understanding of control systems, building management technologies, and energy efficiency concepts.
- Preferably with relevant industry experience in building operations or systems integration.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage adult learners.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Prior teaching or training experience is desirable but not mandatory.
