Oversee daily operations of teaching and research laboratories, providing scientific, technical, and administrative support to staff and students. Ensure laboratory facilities are well-maintained, safe, and operationally efficient.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide guidance on materials characterization techniques and support research and teaching activities.

• Conduct equipment training and assist users with laboratory best practices and safety procedures.

• Perform equipment inspection, maintenance coordination, calibration, and troubleshooting.

• Manage laboratory operations including budgeting, purchasing, inventory control, and vendor coordination.

• Maintain proper documentation (SOPs, safety procedures, risk assessments).

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations through routine inspections and follow-ups.

• Support general lab administration, housekeeping, and facility management
