Working Hour

• Mondays to Thursdays: 0730hrs to 1640hrs
• Fridays: 0730hrs to 1600hrs

Key Roles

• Conduct workshops and ICT lessons for staff and students (Google Suite, Chrome/Android apps, photo/video editing).

• Support teacher ICT competency development.

• Guide students for media-related competitions.

• Collaborate with the media club for school events.

• Document school events via photography and videography post-process content.

• Create lesson guides, instructional videos, and event-based content.

• Provide teleconferencing support (MS Teams, Google Meet).

• Conduct regular checks on projectors and AV systems.

• Troubleshoot software/hardware issues.

• Train class representatives on basic troubleshooting and AV equipment.

• Maintain the school ICT web portal and digital signage.

• Monitor equipment loans and assist with asset stock-takes.

• Maintain departmental records.

Requirements

• Certification in ICT/Multimedia.

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro), Canva, Google Suite, and Microsoft Office.

• Programming knowledge (syntax/block-based) preferred.

• Minimum 3 years relevant experience.

• Working knowledge of Chrome OS and iOS.
