AV & Technical Support: Provide hands-on AV setup and operational support for daily school functions, assemblies, and official events.
Inventory Management: Assist school staff in tracking, organising, and maintaining AV equipment resources and technical inventories.
Multimedia Production: Capture high-quality photos and videos during school events, and edit them into engaging digital content for official publications and the school website.
CCA & Group Training: Plan and conduct weekly training sessions for the Infocomm Club Co-Curricular Activity (CCA).
Digital Literacy Training: Deliver ad-hoc software and multimedia training sessions to upskill both school staff and students.
Ad-hoc Tasks: Carry out tech-related duties assigned by the HOD ICT & Data Management or School Leaders.
Working Hours
Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays: 7:15 AM - 4:00 PM (inclusive of a 1-hour lunch break).
Tuesdays (CCA Day): 7:15 AM - 5:45 PM (inclusive of a 1-hour lunch break).
Fridays: 7:15 AM - 3:30 PM (inclusive of a 1-hour lunch break).
Note: Occasional afternoon or weekend deployments may be required for special school events (compensated with time-off).
Job Requirements
Education: Minimum of a Diploma in Information Technology, Multimedia, or a related field.
Trainer Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience working as an ICT Trainer or in a closely related tech-education environment.
Multimedia Experience: Minimum 2 years of practical experience in photography, video editing, and digital production.
Software Proficiency: Highly proficient in utilizing video editing suites (e.g., Adobe Premiere, iMovie, Final Cut Pro).
Platform Skills: Competent across iOS (iPads, Pages, Slides, Sheets), Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and emerging AI tools.
Web Management: Proven skills in creating, designing, and maintaining websites.
Mandatory Accreditation:Must be registered with the Ministry of Education (MOE) as an instructor.
