School Discipline Officer - School

• Work Location - Lakeside, West Region
• Working Hours - Mon to Thurs 8.30am - 6pm, Fri 8.30am - 5.30pm
• Monthly Salary - up to $3800
• School Environment, 1 year 8 months contract

Job Scope:

• Conduct incident investigations
• Prepare simple incident reports
• Supervise detention, ensuring students complete assigned tasks
• Support follow-up with teachers on student attendance and discipline matters
• Maintain discipline records and perform data entry for offences, late coming, and interventions
• Compile basic discipline statistics and reports when required
• Provide general administrative and operational support for student management

Requirements:

• Diploma qualification and above
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools
• Preferably 3 years of experience in uniformed services
• Prior experience in youth-related casework is an advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to handle situations with professionalism and discretion
