We are seeking individuals who are:
- Assist in the creation and implementation of an effective school counseling programme
- Provide individual and small group counseling
- Provide pastoral care to all students in the school
- Liaise with external partners where required to provide assistance to the physical, emotional and psychological health and wellbeing of students
- Assist parents in school related problems and refer parents to outside agencies and specialists when necessary
- Provide assistance to students with academic planning and career awareness.
- Applicants should possess a degree in Counseling
- Minimum of three years working experience with children in a K - 12 environment (international school experience preferred)
- Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
- Possess essential technology skills
- Ability to maintain effective working relationships with staff, students and parents/guardians
- Ability to work under pressure.
