School AVA Executive (Toa Payoh)

Job Scope:

• Usage Support Services -- To provide audio, visual and media services for school-wide events and activities
• Maintenance Services -- To perform scheduled maintenance and assess usability of AVA equipment
• Troubleshooting Services -- To provide technical support for staff in the event when equipment do not function properly in the classroom
• Administrative and Housekeeping Services -- To facilitate loan of AV equipment to students/staff for official school activities

Requirements:

- Minimum 1 year of experience working in SCHOOL ICT environment and AVA implementation

- Good track record in AVA support

- Good relevant technical knowledge in AVA, including but not limited to setup of sound system, projectors and others

- Possession of relevant experience in logistic maintenance and inventory management

- Possesses functional verbal and communication skills

- Problem-solving skills

- Possession of relevant experience in logistic maintenance and inventory management will be an advantage

Contract Period: From 1 Nov 2025 to 31 Oct 2026.

Location: Toa Payoh

Working Arrangement:

. Mondays to Friday: 7:00am to 4:00pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break

. Services not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays
