Manage Front Desk duties with customer service mindset meeting
the realist challenges and demands of a Primary/Secondary School setting
. Answer phone calls, attend to walk-in visitors, takes messages,
responds to enquiries and provide general useful information (in a
dynamic environment where calls are volumous)
. Maintain customer related information when required, eg phone log.
. Communicate with teachers regarding parents feedback/ messages
from phone calls or walk-in parents
. Handle daily varied demands and queries from parents/students/
vendors/saff etc
. Render first level assistance to walk-in students needs including
sick and injured students. To escalate case to other colleagues in
the office immediately if it is beyond superficial cases
. Handle/support situation when students vomit, soiled their clothes
. Assist student in times of need, eg lost & found
