Job Summary
Assist with the planning and coordination of overseas education and learning trips, including procurement, logistics, and survey tracking to ensure smooth trip operations and accurate reporting.
Responsibilities
- Prepare requirement specifications and evaluate quotes and itineraries for Overseas Education and Learning Trips to ASEAN, China, and India
- Verify students and staff's information for flight ticketing to ensure accuracy and timely processing
- Prepare name lists and detailed trip information for operational use
- Purchase group travel insurance to secure coverage for trip participants
- Liaise with travel agents to coordinate trip arrangements and resolve issues
- Track completion rates of pre- and post-trip surveys and assist in compiling survey responses for analysis
- Assist in auditing post-trip closure reports to ensure compliance and completeness
- Support logistics for hosting overseas visitors and participants during Inbound programmes
- Perform ad hoc duties as required to support trip operations and administrative tasks
Required competencies and certifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Experience in administrative work to support operational efficiency
- Ability to work accurately under pressure and meet short timelines
Other Information
- Work schedule: Monday to Thursday, 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
- Contract period: March 2026 to January 2027 (11 months)
- Monthly salary: $2,580
