Qualification
At least GCE O Level
Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
Relevant Reception / Customer Service experiences
Prior work experience with students in schools
Working knowledge of MS Office applications
Key Roles
Provide administrative support (including reception duties) for the smooth and effective operations of the school's General Office Reception.
Handle phone calls, walk-ins and general enquiries from parents, students and members of the public.
Provide first level assistance to walk-in students needs including sick and injured students. Escalate serious cases or those requiring professional medical care to other colleagues in the office immediately. Relay parents messages and concerns from phone calls or walk-in visits to the relevant teachers
Manage office stock of stationery, pantry items and first aid supplies.
Assist in the counting and sorting/ distribution of brochures or leaflets / items to teachers and students.
Maintain the forms in General Office (ensure forms are current and replenish timely).
Maintain tidiness of the reception area at all times.
