Assist with reception counter duties, including attending to walk-in and phone enquiries from internal and external customers, such as parents seeking information on financial assistance.
Receive goods procured by the school and maintain a daily log of all mail and deliveries.
Support the Relief Team in monitoring attendance of staff and contract personnel.
Provide printing services for staff, including printing/photocopying worksheets, circulars, notes, and other materials required for school or student use.
Support the school's Discipline Committee with administrative tasks related to latecomers, detention classes, collection/safe keeping/return of students mobile phones, lost and found items, etc.
Perform general administrative and front desk duties as assigned by the Administration Managers.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience
Possess fundamental customer service, office administration, and clerical skills
Preferably at least 3 years of experience in customer service and office administration, ideally in a school setting
Detail-oriented, meticulous, and able to work independently
Familiar with word processing and spreadsheet applications such as MS Word and Excel
Competent in operating office equipment such as laminating machines, binding machines, and photocopiers
A team player with a pleasant personality and strong interpersonal skills
Demonstrates professionalism when interacting with stakeholders
