Working Hours
- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM (inclusive of 1-hour lunch break)
- Wednesday: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM (inclusive of 1-hour lunch break)
- No service required on Saturdays, Sundays, and gazetted public holidays.
Scope of Services
Personnel shall be competent in front office, administrative, and operational support functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage General Office counter, including handling walk-in visitors, calls, and enquiries
- Provide basic first aid for minor injuries
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail
- Maintain cleanliness of office areas, including reception, storerooms, workspaces, and sickbay
- Manage office supplies and stationery distribution
- Perform administrative tasks (filing, photocopying, sorting, shredding)
- Support logistics, including packing, distribution, and coordination of deliveries
- Monitor and replenish first-aid supplies
- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned
General Requirements:
- Provide mutual support and duty coverage
- Be rotated across responsibilities as needed
- Perform both front desk and administrative roles

Qualifications
. Completed secondary school education
. Those who did not complete secondary school education, but with relevant working experience may also be considered
. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
