Job Description

Job Description

  • Handle and determine quantities, shapes, sizes and location of rods from drawings and sketches.
  • Plans and prepares rebar schedule (per area)/cutting list schedule according to design specification.
  • Prepare quantity of steel material needed for design execution.
  • Control and minimize material wastages.
  • Compile and prepare material wastage summary generate monthly report.
  • Other adhoc duties as assigned by immediate supervisor/management.
  • Adherence to safety practices in the workplace.

Job Requirements

  • 3 - 5 years of Civil Engineering experience
  • Familiar with relevant drawings, specifications and details
  • Completed at least 1 Civil project
  • Technical expertise and knowledge in rebar structural works
  • Good Knowledge on sequence of works
  • Ability to read structural drawing in preparing rebar's quantity
