Job Summary
Manage and administer SCCM infrastructure and patch management to ensure secure, compliant, and high-performing Windows server and virtualization environments. Provide advanced support and troubleshoot system deployment and patching issues.
Responsibilities
- Manage and administer SCCM (MECM/MCM) infrastructure to maintain efficient endpoint management and software deployment
- Execute patch management processes using SCCM and WSUS to ensure timely and secure updates
- Support and maintain Windows Server environments by performing administration tasks to optimize system stability and performance
- Manage virtualization platforms including Hyper-V and VMware to ensure reliable virtual infrastructure operations
- Troubleshoot deployment, patching, and system issues to minimize downtime and maintain service continuity
- Ensure system compliance with security policies and performance standards through regular monitoring and audits
- Provide Level 3 support and resolve incidents promptly to maintain enterprise IT service quality
Required competencies and certifications
- Strong hands-on experience with SCCM (MECM) for infrastructure management and software deployment
- Experience with WSUS and patch management processes to maintain endpoint security
- Good knowledge of Windows Server administration for system support and maintenance
- Experience managing virtualization platforms Hyper-V and VMware for virtual environment stability
- Strong troubleshooting and support skills in enterprise IT environments to resolve complex issues
