Job Description



Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and grow the firm's Securities Finance and Equity Finance franchise in Singapore and regional markets.
  • Manage securities borrowing and lending activities across equities products.
  • Build and maintain relationships with institutional clients, counterparties, and market participants.
  • Identify financing opportunities and support revenue generation initiatives.
  • Manage inventory, funding requirements, and borrow/lend demand.
  • Work closely with regional colleagues to support business growth and product development.
  • Monitor market activity, trading flows, and financing trends across APAC markets.
  • Contribute to strategic initiatives aimed at expanding the platform and onboarding new business.

Requirements

  • Experience within Securities Finance, Securities Lending, Stock Borrow & Lending, Equity Finance, or Prime Finance.
  • Strong understanding of equity financing markets and securities borrowing/lending products.
  • Proven ability to manage client relationships and participate in business development activities.
  • Experience working within a broker-dealer, investment bank, or financial institution.
  • Knowledge of Singapore and regional APAC markets is advantageous.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with an interest in helping build and grow a business.
