About our Business - Unmanned & Integrated Systems
ST Engineering Satellite Systems Pte. Ltd. (SatSys) is a joint venture founded in 2010 by ST Engineering, DSO National Laboratories, and Nanyang Technological University. Today with our expertise and comprehensive suite of satellite engineering and test facility, SatSys design and develop satellite buses to integrate with various payloads, such as Electro-Optical (EO) camera, Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) and more, to meet the mission objectives of our customers.

A successful Satellite Production Material Plan & Procurement Executive is one that support satellite production and integration programs by managing material planning, procurement execution, and supplier coordination. The role ensures timely availability of materials, including electrical, mechanical, COTS, and PCB components, in alignment with satellite build schedules, quality standards, and project milestones. The position also supports production planning coordination and provides backup coverage during the planner's absence to ensure continuity of operations.
Be Part of Our Success
Support satellite production planning activities, ensuring material readiness aligns with delivery schedules
Assist in updating and maintaining production and material plans
Source and obtain quotations from suppliers, manufacturers, and OEMs for satellite-related materials
Plan, track, and ensure availability of critical materials including:
Electrical and electronic components
Mechanical parts and custom fabrications
COTS items, and PCB fabrication, etc.
Perform end-to-end procurement activities from RFQ / e-RFQ through e-PR creation to purchase order follow-up
Coordinate closely with production, engineering, and QA teams on build requirements and priorities
Monitor material demand versus supply and proactively identify shortages
Follow up on order status and delivery schedules with suppliers
Expedite critical materials and resolve delivery delays or supply issues
Collaborate with warehouse and QA teams on incoming inspection, non-conformance, and material acceptance
Raise and track e-PRs in compliance with procurement policies and project requirements
Qualities We Value
Degree / Diploma in Aerospace Engineering / Electrical / Electronic Engineering / Mechanical / Mechatronics Engineering / Supply Chain / Logistics or related discipline.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in:
Production planning, material planning, or procurement
Engineering, aerospace, electronics, or manufacturing environments
Experience handling RFQs, supplier coordination, e-PRs, and delivery tracking preferred.
Exposure to satellite production, aerospace projects, or high-reliability systems is an advantage.
Understanding of:
Material lead times
Production schedules (preferably AIT environment)
Quality and traceability requirements
