As a Learning Enablement Specialist, you will lead the strategy, planning, design, and delivery of internal and external training programs that support SAP, system, and process implementations. You will drive content governance and management, coordinate content development, deliver train-the-trainer programs, and measure learning readiness and effectiveness. Partnering with cross-functional stakeholders, you will enable team members and suppliers to adopt new ways of working, apply processes accurately, and successfully sustain change through go-live and beyond.
Key Responsibilities
Training Strategy, Design & Delivery
- Design, develop, and deliver SAP, Ariba, S4HANA, Source-to-Pay, and related system training for internal team members and external suppliers.
- Create role-based and persona-based learning experiences that support business processes, system adoption, and operational readiness.
- Lead instructor-led, virtual, hybrid, and self-paced learning programs to enable successful adoption before, during, and after go-live.
- Design and deliver Train-the-Trainer (TTT) programs to build facilitator capability and ensure scalable, sustainable knowledge transfer across internal teams and supplier communities.
Content Governance & Learning Operations
- Establish and maintain training governance, including content management, version control, review cycles, and learning asset lifecycle management.
- Coordinate training plans, delivery schedules, readiness activities, and reporting to ensure effective program execution.
- Optimize reusable learning assets, templates, and development processes to improve consistency and efficiency.
Stakeholder & Supplier Enablement
- Partner with business stakeholders, process owners, IT teams, SMEs, and suppliers to align learning solutions with business needs and implementation goals.
- Lead supplier onboarding and enablement efforts, ensuring readiness for system changes, compliance requirements, and process adoption.
- Translate complex technical and process concepts into clear, practical, and audience-appropriate learning experiences.
Analytics, Continuous Improvement & Innovation
- Analyze learning, adoption, supplier, and business performance data to measure effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities.
- Use insights to strengthen training strategies, learner support, adoption outcomes, and operational performance.
- Leverage digital tools, automation, and AI technologies to enhance content development, delivery, reporting, and learner experience.
Qualifications
- 5–7 years of experience in learning and development, instructional design, training enablement, change management, or enterprise system training.
- Proven ability to design and deliver role-based and persona-based training programs for internal users and external suppliers, from onboarding through post-go-live adoption.
- Strong knowledge of SAP, Ariba, S4HANA, Source-to-Pay, procurement, or related business processes, with the ability to simplify complex concepts into effective learning solutions.
- Strong stakeholder management, critical thinking, data analysis, and digital/AI skills, with experience partnering across business, IT, procurement, and change teams to drive adoption and business outcomes.
