Job Description
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and functional teams to gather and document business requirements for SAP ERP system enhancements and customizations.
- Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications and work with developer to develop efficient ABAP programs, reports, and interfaces that support business processes.
- Perform configuration settings and maintenance on the FICO modules.
- Develop and maintain functional and technical documentation, including program specifications, test plans, and user guides.
- Identify opportunities to optimize existing SAP processes, recommending and implementing improvements that enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Participate in system upgrades, patches, and new module implementations by providing technical expertise and analysis.
- Troubleshoot and resolve SAP-related issues, providing timely support to end-users.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP technologies, trends, and best practices to propose innovative solutions.
Job Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Information Systems, Computer Science or related disciplines
- Strong understanding of SAP modules and processes, with the ability to analyze and interpret complex business requirements.
- Minimum 3 years working experience in supporting SAP FICO modules.
- Research and analytical skills with excellent verbal and written communications skills and ability to articulate and convey information concisely.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Ability to adapt to evolving SAP and IT technologies.
- SAP certifications and experience with SAP S/4HANA are a plus.
- Proficiency in other tech tools like RPA will be a bonus.
