Overview
Responsible for supporting SAP HCM / SuccessFactors modules, ensuring system stability, issue resolution, and user enablement across HR operations.
This role involves close collaboration with HR stakeholders, internal IT teams, and external vendors to manage incidents, support enhancements, and ensure optimal system performance in a live environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day functional support for SAP SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Compensation, or Recruitment.
- Support integration flows and data consistency between SuccessFactors and SAP HCM (on-premise) or third-party systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, including data sync errors, interface problems, and workflow discrepancies.
- Serve as the key liaison between HR users and technical teams for incident resolution and functional inquiries.
- Coordinate and perform testing for releases, configuration changes, and patch updates.
- Monitor and manage support tickets, ensuring resolution within SLAs and proper documentation of issues and solutions.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, contribute to user training initiatives, and maintain system documentation.
Requirements
- 5 years supporting SAP HCM and/or SuccessFactors modules.
- Solid understanding of core HR processes and configuration knowledge in key SuccessFactors modules.
- Proficient in using ticketing systems such as ServiceNow, JIRA, or Remedy.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage escalations independently.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, or a related field.
