Job Description
Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP Materials Management (MM) Consultant with strong S/4HANA implementation expertise to join our project team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality SAP MM solutions, driving continuous improvements, and supporting endtoend business processes in procurement, inventory, and material management areas.
This role requires deep functional knowledge, strong consulting skills, and the ability to collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams in a dynamic environment
What will you do

- Analyze user requirements and translate them into functional designs, configuration documents, and detailed specifications.
- Configure SAP MM modules and related submodules (Purchasing, Inventory Management, Material Master) according to functional and technical requirements.
- Conduct functional testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing to ensure quality delivery of change requests and project enhancements.
- Lead or support deployment activities including cutover planning, data validation, defect resolution, and postgolive support.
- Build strong working relationships with business users, project managers, and team members to ensure successful delivery of solutions and continuous process improvement.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to support end-to-end business processes involving procurement, inventory, logistics, and finance.
- Prepare system demonstrations, deliver end-user training, produce documentation, and provide ongoing production support.
- Contribute to team productivity, knowledge sharing, and collaborative problemsolving to foster a highperformance work environment
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in SAP MM functional consulting, including hands-on support and enhancement work.
- At least 3 full lifecycle SAP implementation experiences, preferably with S/4HANA.
- Strong expertise in SAP MM modules and associated submodules:Purchasing (P2P)Inventory ManagementMaterial Master
- Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA system configuration, data migration concepts, and best practices.
- Experience working with SAP Fiori apps is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of industry-standard business processes related to procurement and materials management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to engage stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver change requests and project tasks with minimal supervision
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Teamoriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively in diverse project environments.
- Customerfocused approach, with the ability to anticipate needs, resolve issues proactively, and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Ability to document functional requirements, develop functional specifications for customizations, and perform configuration with precision.
- Capable of conducting functional testing, system demos, end-user training, and postimplementation support.
- Knowledge of ABAP debugging or ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams is a plus
