Location: Remote / Onsite (Flexible)

Duration: 12 Months (Extendable)

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Core & Time Consultant to support end-to-end implementation, configuration, and operational enhancements within the SuccessFactors platform.

The consultant will collaborate closely with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to ensure accurate system configuration, strong governance, and seamless execution of HR processes across global environments.

Key Responsibilities

Implementation & Delivery

  • Lead full-cycle implementations for SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Core and Time Off, including discovery workshops, configuration, testing, deployment, and hypercare support.
  • Conduct requirement gathering sessions with business stakeholders to design scalable HR solutions.
  • Provide post-go-live support and system stabilization.

Time Management Configuration

  • Configure and architect Time Off and Time Management components, including:
  • Accrual rules
  • Work schedules
  • Holiday calendars
  • Time account types
  • Period-end processing
  • Design and support multi-country Time Off policies and compliance requirements.

System Architecture & Configuration

  • Maintain and optimize Employee Central Data Models (Corporate Data Model and SuccessFactors Data Model).
  • Configure and manage:
  • MDF Objects
  • Foundation Objects
  • Business Rules (Take Rules, Time Account logic)
  • Picklists
  • Ensure system scalability, data integrity, and configuration governance.

Integration & Collaboration

  • Support integration between Employee Central and payroll systems or external downstream applications.
  • Collaborate with Payroll, HR Operations, and IT teams to troubleshoot system issues and ensure accurate data flow.

Process Optimization

  • Identify gaps in HR processes and recommend automation and system enhancements within the SuccessFactors platform.
  • Improve HR workflow efficiency and user experience through system optimization.

Required Experience

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience configuring SAP SuccessFactors modules.
  • Proven experience delivering minimum 3 global end-to-end implementations involving Employee Central and Time Off.
  • Experience working in multi-country HR environments.

Technical Skills

  • Strong expertise in:
  • Business Rules configuration (Take Rules, Employee Time Account logic)
  • Employee Central Data Model
  • Metadata Framework (MDF) Objects
  • Foundation Objects
  • Picklist management
  • Complex Time Off configuration
  • Experience supporting SuccessFactors integrations with payroll systems.
  • Knowledge of global HR time policies and compliance requirements.

Soft Skills

  • Strong stakeholder communication and workshop facilitation skills.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional global teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
