We are seeking an experienced SAP SF consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in either PMGM, Employee Central, or Employee Central Time Management.
Responsibilities:
1. Design and implement SAP SF processes in Singapore, ensuring compliance with local regulations and laws.
2. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
3. Configure and customize SAP modules to meet specific business needs, using best practices and industry standards.
4. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including process flows, system configurations, and user guides.
5. Provide training and support to end-users on the use of SAP SF for processing.
6. Troubleshoot issues and provide solutions in a timely manner.
7. Stay updated with the latest SAP SF features, updates, and best practices.
8. Contribute to the development of new processes and tools to improve payroll efficiency and accuracy.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
2. Proven experience as an SAP SF consultant, with a minimum of 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in Singapore payroll.
3. Strong knowledge of SAP SF processes
4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
5. Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and prioritize tasks effectively.
6. Experience with SAP ERP HCM, EC, PMGM, and Time Management modules in S/4HANA.
8. Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools is a plus.
