We're looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant who can lead and deliver end-to-end solutions across one or more of the following modules: Performance & Goals, Succession & Development, Learning (LMS), and Compensation. You'll run requirement workshops, design harmonized processes, configure and test solutions, and guide functional/technical teams through go-live and stabilization.
What You'll Do
- Lead/drive requirements and solution workshops with HR and business stakeholders.
- Translate business needs into to-be process designs with clear fit-gap and harmonization recommendations.
- Configure and implement SuccessFactors modules (PM/GM, Succession & Development, LMS, Compensation), including templates, workflows, permissions (RBP), MDF objects, and relevant admin tasks.
- Plan and execute E2E project activities: configuration, integration coordination, data migration support, testing (SIT/UAT), cutover, training, and hypercare.
- Produce high-quality project documentation (BRD/FS, config workbooks, test scripts, training materials, SOPs).
- Lead/mentor functional and technical team members coordinate with integration teams (e.g., CPI/Boomi) and downstream systems.
- Drive change management and enablement with clear comms and user training.
- Ensure solutions meet standards for security, compliance, auditability, and performance.
- Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvement ideas aligned to HR/Business KPIs.
What You'll Bring
- Deep hands-on experience in SuccessFactors across a combination of:
- Performance & Goals (PM/GM)
- Succession & Development
- Learning (LMS)
- Compensation (incl. cycles, guidelines, budgets, worksheets, calibration where applicable)
- At least 2 end-to-end implementations in SuccessFactors (from design to go-live).
- Strong understanding of process harmonization and global template/localization approaches.
- Proven ability to lead teams (functional/technical), manage stakeholders, and influence outcomes.
- Excellent workshop facilitation, presentation, and stakeholder communication skills confident in negotiation and persuasion.
- Solid grasp of RBP, workflows, MDF concepts, templates, and admin tools comfort with test planning and defect management.
- Nice to have: exposure to EC, CPI/Integration patterns, data migration, reporting/People Analytics, and audit/compliance needs (e.g., PDPA).
- Certifications in one or more relevant SF modules preferred.
