Job Overview
Accenture is hiring an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to support enterprise HR transformation projects for Singapore-based clients. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SuccessFactors modules and experience working in APAC environments, with knowledge of regional HR practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and support SAP SuccessFactors solutions across various modules
- Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions
- Configure modules such as:
- Employee Central (EC)
- Recruiting & Onboarding
- Performance & Goals
- Compensation
- Learning (LMS)
- Manage integrations with SAP and third-party systems using SAP CPI / Integration Center
- Perform data migration, validation, and UAT support
- Handle system upgrades, releases, and ongoing enhancements
- Ensure compliance with local HR regulations and data privacy laws in Singapore
- Provide post-go-live support and troubleshooting
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementation/support
- Expertise in at least one or more modules (EC, Recruiting, LMS, etc.)
- Experience with Business Rules, Workflows, Role-Based Permissions (RBP)
- Knowledge of Integration tools (SAP CPI, APIs, OData)
- Understanding of HR processes (Core HR, Talent Management, Payroll basics)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
- SAP SuccessFactors Certification (any module)
- Experience with Employee Central Payroll (ECP)
- Familiarity with SAP HCM or S/4HANA integration
- Experience working with APAC clients (Singapore, Malaysia, etc.)
- Knowledge of People Analytics / Workforce Analytics
Soft Skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid environment
- Client-facing experience is highly preferred
