Role:SAP SuccessFactors Consultant (Talent & Performance)

Contract Duration: 1 Year (Renewable, subject to client approval)

Work Location: Singapore

Role Purpose

The SAP SuccessFactors Consultant will be the architect of our digital talent strategy. This role is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of thePerformance & Goals (PMGM)andSuccession & Development (CDP/SP)modules. You will ensure that our system doesn't just store data, but actively identifies high-potential Talent Resources and builds robust Talent Pools to secure our leadership pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

1. Performance & Continuous Feedback (PMGM)

  • Template Engineering:Design and configure Performance Management and Goal Management (PMGM) templates, including complexRoute MapsandRating Scales.
  • Modern Feedback Loops:ImplementContinuous Performance Management (CPM)and360-degree Reviewsto foster a culture of real-time coaching.
  • Calibration:Facilitate the technical setup ofCalibration Sessionsto ensure fair and objective performance distributions across the global workforce.

2. Strategic Talent Management & Succession

  • Talent Pool Architecture:Design and maintainMDF-based Talent Poolsto track high-potential (HiPo) cohorts and specialized skill groups independently of specific roles.
  • Succession Planning:ConfigureSuccession Org ChartsandPosition Tile View, ensuring a clear Bench Strength visualization for critical leadership roles.
  • Talent Search 2.0:OptimizeTalent Resourcessearch parameters andBackground Elements, allowing HR to query the internal workforce for specific skills, certifications, and experience.

3. Talent Intelligence & Development

  • Talent Intelligence Hub (TIH):Lead the transition to the TIH, managing theAttributes Library(Skills and Competencies) to power AI-driven growth recommendations.
  • Career Development (CDP):ConfigureCareer WorksheetsandMentoringprograms to link employee aspirations with organizational needs.

Job Description: SAP SuccessFactors Compensation & Variable Pay Consultant

Role Purpose

TheSuccessFactors Compensation Consultantis responsible for the design, configuration, and maintenance of global total rewards systems. You will translate complex compensation philosophiesincluding merit cycles, bonus structures, and long-term incentivesinto a seamless digital experience. This role requires a meticulous approach to data integrity and a deep understanding of theCompensation ManagementandVariable Paymodules.

Key Responsibilities

1. Compensation Cycle Implementation

  • Template Configuration:Design and buildCompensation Worksheetsincluding custom columns, formulas, and eligibility rules.
  • Budgeting & Modeling:Configure budget groups and what-if modeling scenarios to allow leadership to visualize spend across different scenarios.
  • Executive Compensation:Set up specialized workflows for LTI (Long-Term Incentives) and equity awards.
  • Statements:Design and generatePersonal Compensation Statementsusing the Reward and Recognition tool or standard XML templates.

2. Variable Pay & Bonus Management

  • Incentive Calculation:Build complex bonus plans based on individual, business unit, and corporate performance goals.
  • Calculated Fields:Utilize advanced logic to handle prorated bonuses based on hire dates or mid-year salary changes.

3. Integration & Data Strategy

  • EC Integration:Ensure seamless Hybrid or Full Cloud data flow betweenEmployee Central (EC)and Compensation.
  • Payroll Handoff:Manage the Publish to Employee Central process to ensure salary increases and bonuses are accurately reflected in payroll.
  • MDF & Lookups:Maintain lookup tables andMetadata Framework (MDF)objects for complex currency conversions and regional pay grades.
