Job Summary
Lead the implementation and configuration of SAP Cloud HR solutions across multiple SuccessFactors modules, delivering high-quality project outcomes and driving customer success through expert guidance, problem-solving, and stakeholder collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Configure and implement SAP SuccessFactors modules including Employee Central, Performance and Goals, Succession and Career Development, Recruiting, Onboarding, Learning, and Compensation to meet customer business needs
- Develop and deliver project artifacts such as workbooks, configuration settings, test results, solution recommendations, and data migration strategies to ensure successful project execution
- Provide timely and clear status updates to project managers to support project tracking and decision-making
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues and challenges by applying best practices and standards to maintain solution integrity
- Manage customer relationships throughout the implementation lifecycle to ensure alignment and satisfaction
- Document detailed customer business requirements and translate them into effective SuccessFactors configurations
- Take full ownership of the quality and accuracy of all work performed to uphold project standards
- Communicate effectively with colleagues, clients, and customers at all organizational levels through formal and informal channels
- Educate customers on SuccessFactors functional and technical requirements by conducting discovery meetings and training sessions
- Analyze, interpret, and map business processes to align SAP solutions with organizational workflows
- Maintain expert knowledge of the SuccessFactors product suite, including staying current with delta certifications, to provide authoritative guidance
- Coach and develop junior consultants to enhance team capability and SAP SuccessFactors expertise
- Deliver train-the-trainer, administrative, and reporting training to empower customer teams in system use and management
Required competencies and certifications
- Certified in SAP Cloud Solution in one or more SuccessFactors modules, with Associate Certification as a minimum requirement
- Demonstrated knowledge and application of the SAP Activate methodology for SuccessFactors implementations
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Proven experience implementing HRIS software within or for Human Resource departments
- Familiarity with Human Resources business domain and HR practices
- Experience managing Quality Assurance processes for software implementations
- Strong leadership, communication (written and oral), and interpersonal skills demonstrated in team-oriented environments
- Ability to work creatively and analytically to solve complex problems
- Minimum of 5 years relevant work experience, preferably with leading system integrators
