Job Description

We are seeking an experiencedSAP SuccessFactors professionalto support our HR digital transformation journey. This role isemployee-centric and change-focused, acting as a bridge between HR, business stakeholders, and implementation partners.

***Prior experience in thepharmaceutical or life sciences industry is a nice to have.

The ideal candidate will not be a hands-on technical configurator but afunctional advisor and change agent, capable of guiding users, driving adoption, and ensuring SAP SuccessFactors is used effectively across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as theprimary functional point of contactfor SAP SuccessFactors, with a focus onEmployee Central and Onboarding
  • Drivechange management and user adoptionby guiding HR teams and employees on best practices and system usage
  • Partner with HR, business leaders, and external vendors to supportend-to-end SAP SuccessFactors implementations and rollouts
  • Translate business and HR requirements intofunctional guidancefor implementation partners
  • Supportpost-implementation activities, including user enablement, process stabilization, and continuous improvement
  • Conducttraining sessions, workshops, and knowledge-sharing sessionsfor HR teams and key stakeholders
  • Ensure SAP SuccessFactors processes align withemployee experience, compliance, and organizational policies
  • Act as atrusted advisorto HR leadership on SuccessFactors capabilities, enhancements, and roadmap planning
  • Supportonboarding lifecycle processes, ensuring a seamless employee experience from offer acceptance to Day One
  • Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT), documentation, and change impact assessments

Required Skills & Experience

  • 7+ yearsof experience working withSAP SuccessFactorsin a functional or advisory capacity
  • Hands-on involvement in23 full-cycle SAP SuccessFactors implementations
  • Strong functional knowledge of:
  • Employee Central
  • SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding
  • Proven experience acting as achange agent, supporting adoption and guiding users through HR system transformations
  • Ability tocoach, guide, and influence stakeholdersrather than perform deep technical configuration
  • Strong understanding ofHR processes and employee lifecycle management
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience working inregulated or complex environments(pharma, healthcare, life sciences preferred)

Nice to Have

  • Exposure to other SuccessFactors modules (Performance, Compensation, Learning)
  • Experience working withglobal or regional HR teams
  • Prior experience in thepharmaceutical or life sciences industry
  • SAP SuccessFactors certifications (Employee Central / Onboarding)
