What will you do
Pre-Sales Support
- Engage with potential clients to understand their requirements and demonstrate SAP PP and QM capabilities.
- Define solution scope, implementation plan, timeline, and cost estimates.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales strategies and close deals.
- Analyze client business processes and identify improvement opportunities using SAP PP and QM.
- Showcase proposed solutions through live demonstrations.
Project Delivery & Implementation
- Lead SAP S/4HANA implementation projects from inception to completion.
- Configure SAP PP and QM modules to meet client requirements.
- Ensure integration with other SAP modules (MM, SD, FI/CO).
- Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets for successful delivery.
- Conduct system testing and quality assurance.
- Develop detailed functional specifications for custom developments and interfaces.
- Provide training and support to end-users for effective adoption.
Technical & Architectural Leadership
- Apply SAP Best Practices and industry standards in implementations.
- Offer architecture guidance and direction to delivery teams.
- Ensure high system performance, reliability, and compliance with business needs.
Stakeholder & Team Management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Act as a technical leader within the SAP community, sharing insights and expertise.
The ideal candidate should possess:
- Extensive experience in SAP PP and QM with SAP S/4HANA implementations
- Strong knowledge of SAP architecture, integrations, and best practices
- Expertise in manufacturing processes and industry standards
- Proven ability to lead large-scale SAP projects, from pre-sales to delivery
- Excellent problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills
- Ability to work in cross-functional teams and fast-paced environments
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
