Job Description
- Lead ERP Transition Manage the endtoend migration from SAP ECC to S/4HANA, ensuring alignment with business objectives and minimal disruption to operations.
- Process Mapping & Standardization: Define tobe processes, streamline workflows, and drive harmonization across global sites.
- Change Management: Develop training materials, SOPs, and lead knowledge transfer sessions to support user adoption and readiness.
- Risk & Compliance Oversight: Monitor project milestones, identify risks, and ensure compliance with governance frameworks and industry best practices.
- CrossFunctional Collaboration: Partner with IT, Finance, Procurement, and external consultants to deliver on transformation milestones.
- Continuous Improvement: Conduct postimplementation reviews and embed ongoing optimization into processes and systems.
The Successful Applicant
A successful candidate will be an experienced ERP transformation Engineer, migrating from SAP ECC to S/4HANA, ideally with Ariba integration knowledge. With proven stakeholder management and change leadership, they can collaborate across IT, Finance, Procurement, and consultants to ensure global alignment, while demonstrating a proactive, cando spirit that thrives in complex, multinational environments.
