S/4HANA Transformation Leadership

. Lead the SAP SD workstream for S/4HANA greenfield, brownfield, or selective data transition projects.

. Drive fit-to-standard workshops and guide business users toward S/4HANA best practices.

. Assess ECC SD processes and design simplified S/4HANA SD solutions.

. Identify and manage functional impacts of S/4HANA changes, including data model simplification.



SAP SD Functional Responsibilities

. Configure and support S/4HANA SD components:

. Order-to-Cash (O2C)

. Advanced ATP (aATP)

. Pricing, Condition Techniques

. Billing (including Billing Document Request)

. Shipping & Delivery Processing

. Output Management (BRF+)

. Credit Management (FSCM Credit)

. Lead Customer/Vendor Integration (Business Partner) alignment for SD.

. Manage SD integrations with FI (Universal Journal), MM, EWM, TM, and GTS.

. Support adoption of Embedded Analytics and Fiori apps for SD processes.

Data, Testing & Cutover

. Lead SD-related data migration activities, including customer master, pricing, and open O2C documents.

. Support CVI (Customer Vendor Integration) impacts and data readiness.

. Own SD testing cycles:

. Unit Testing

. Integration Testing

. User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

. Support cutover planning, mock cutovers, and go-live execution.

Governance & Stakeholder Management

. Act as the primary SD point of contact for business leadership and process owners.

. Review and approve functional designs, WRICEF objects, and change requests.

. Coordinate with system integrators, ABAP teams, and external vendors.

. Ensure compliance with SAP Activate methodology, internal controls, and audit requirements.

Post Go-Live & Continuous Improvement

. Lead hypercare support for SD post go-live.

. Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation using S/4HANA capabilities.

. Drive continuous improvements leveraging Fiori, analytics, and standardization.

Pre-sales engagements

. Develop solutions and proposals, functional fitment and value differentiation for SAP SD and related modules

. Involve in solution demo and technical presentations

The Pre-requisites

. Minimum 15 years of experience in SAP implementations, with in-depth knowledge of S/4 HANA, and IBP.

. Proven expertise in designing, configuring, testing, and deploying IBP & SD, and MM modules within SAP S/4 HANA.

. Strong understanding of Order-to-Cash transformation, supply chain management processes and best practices.

. Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.

. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

. Proven ability to effectively train and mentor others.

. Experience participating in pre-sales activities and solution design for SAP S/4 HANA SCM.

. Experience leading fit-to-standard workshops.

. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
