Roles
. Gather understanding of all key domains business process in detail, end to end functions and implications.
. Deliver process knowledge to end users.
. Share ideas to improve the overall process and find areas to drive solution by agile learning and using LEAN process.
. Manage Integration area for all key domains (NSC/SGST/INDS) as a overall integration lead.
. Manage DMR requests and their SLAs.
. Manage SLA for Integration related issues.
. Manage Operation support to business units.
. Customer coordination and work towards improving customer satisfaction.
. CR/projects support as and when necessary.
. Work with vendor teams and monitor their deliverables.
. Support any urgent, critical tasks, issues or tickets and manage 1st level of escalations.
Responsibilities
. Accountable for following tasks :-
- prioritising tasks from each domain and responsible for delivery on time.
- assess and get the daily tickets assigned to the team resources.
- SLAs of all tickets.
- adhere to the CR timelines as agreed with customer
. Responsible for following actions :-
- follow up & resolve recurring issues. Reduce the ageing tickets.
- periodically review the team members deliverables to comply with SOX audit requirements.
- optimizing the resource utilization, planning for back up during team member absence, etc.
- provide support for escalations and critical issues.
- provide status updates on resources and ticket status.
- provide weekly status reports on CR /Project activities executed by AMS Team
- hold regular meeting with team members, review workload and give support where needed.
- communicate to customers on the common program changes of Co's
- review with COE team about any AMS solution to user, If deviate from the Sales Template process to get COE to align with Process governance team.
- acknowledge and address customer queries and issues on time.
- follow up on customer escalations and seek management support if unable to handle it within the defend timeframe.
- achieve customer satisfaction by quality deliverables.
- allocate team resources for execution of CR/Projects based on the priority.
. Ensure the new project knowledge transfer for AMS transition is received with proper documents & completion of handover checklist.
. Align with COE in case of scope changes in the ongoing CRs. (If Global/Template change COE to align with process governance team)
. All new CRs received directly from customers without COE involvement need to be discussed with COE team. In case of regional CRs, seek support from process governance team.
Requirements
. At least 7 years of relevant experience, including Project Implementations.
. Proficient in SAP SD module is a Must.
. Strong in business processes & technical skills such as Configuration.
. Strong knowledge in Business Process in Sales environment.
. Strong knowledge of info structure creation, configuration, and updated rules.
. In-depth knowledge in Order-to-Cash processes (such as order management, contract management, pricing, delivery, and billing).
. Good knowledge of cross module integration with PTP, WM and RTR.
. Sound knowledge of functional and working experience in vistex submodules such asAgreements, Rebates, Pricing, Deals & Promotions, Claims, Budget, Settlements, incentive etc
. An understanding of programming concepts and experience with structured design, development, and implementation of new computing architectures.
. Experience with software unit and integration testing.
. Strong knowledge in master data maintenance and its integration of master data with subsystems.
. Able to communicate well at all levels.
. Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
. Good documentation skills using MS Office applications.
. Strong interpersonal skills ability to work well on cross functional project teams and foster team commitment to tasks.
