About the Job

We are seeking an experienced and operationally resilient SAP S/4HANA Authorization Consultant to take immediate ownership of security profile investigation, troubleshooting, and end-to-end test phase management. This role requires a strong balance of deep technical SAP security diagnostics and highly polished, client-facing advisory skills.

You will work directly with business end-users, functional consultants, and deployment teams during critical System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phases. Your primary focus will be to streamline security access, resolve real-time authorization bottlenecks, maintain compliance baselines, and guide enterprise stakeholders through successful test execution cycles.

Key Responsibilities

• Security Troubleshooting: Lead the investigation, trace logging, and resolution of complex authorization and security profile defects within the SAP S/4HANA environment.

• Test Phase Management: Coordinate and manage the Authorization Testing track across critical SIT and UAT delivery windows to ensure zero deployment-gate friction.

• Test Artifact Engineering: Drive test planning strategies, including the creation, review, and continuous refinement of security-specific test scripts and access matrices.

• Business User Hypercare: Provide hands-on guidance, coaching, and immediate issue resolution to business end-users during live UAT execution.

• Fiori Architecture Alignment: Analyze and troubleshoot security access and role assignments linked to custom SAP Fiori tile groups, catalogs, and applications.

Skills & Experience Required

Must-Have Skills (Mandatory for Skills Matching)

• SAP S/4HANA Security & Authorizations: Advanced, practical knowledge of core SAP role administration, profile maintenance, and security architectures.

• SAP Diagnostic Toolkit: Hands-on mastery of essential security t-codes and tracing tools, including PFCG, STAUTHTRACE, SU53, and SUIM.

• SAP Fiori Security: Proven working knowledge of authorization concepts for custom Fiori applications, catalogs, and launchpad groups.

• Client-Facing Consultation: Demonstrated experience in a business-facing capacity, with the ability to translate complex technical security constraints into plain business logic for end-users.

Good-to-Have Skills

• Experience with SAP GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) or Access Control modules.

• Familiarity with Agile deployment methodologies, transport management (STMS), or localized compliance frameworks.

• Proven background supporting large-scale enterprise cutover activities under tight deadlines.

Qualifications & Engagement Terms

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related enterprise systems discipline.

• Nationality Preference:Singaporeans and Permanent Residents (PRs) preferred to facilitate an immediate start.

• Availability: Ability to onboard and deploy immediately (ASAP).

• Work Arrangement: Fully onsite execution.
