SAP RTL Manager

We are seeking an innovation-driven SAP Retail Manager to lead retail platform governance, solution strategy and continuous transformation initiatives within the SAP Center of Excellence.

This role will drive operational excellence across SAP S/4HANA Retail and CAR landscapes while enabling future-ready capabilities through automation, intelligent insights, AI-enabled solutions and omnichannel innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as Asia RTL domain owner within the global SAP COE.

• Lead SAP Retail, CAR and omnichannel solution governance and delivery.

• Drive AI-enabled solutions, intelligent automation and data-driven decision making.

• Lead integration strategy across SAP Retail, CAR, POS, OMS, WMS, eCommerce and third-party platforms.

• Ensure master data consistency, production stability and continuous improvement.

• Partner with retail operations, merchandising, supply chain, finance and digital commerce teams.

• Mentor team members and promote innovation culture across the organization.

• Manage vendors and global support partners while enforcing solution standards.
