Core Responsibilities
- System Configuration: Design and configure SAP RAR components, including Performance Obligations (POBs), contract management, and revenue posting.
- Compliance & Accounting: Ensure revenue recognition aligns with IFRS 15 and ASC 606 standards.
- Integration: Map and integrate SAP RAR with upstream systems like SAP SD, BRIM, and non-SAP solutions.
- Project Lifecycle Support: Lead or support full-cycle implementations, including business workshops, functional specifications, testing (UAT), and cutover activities.
- Support & Maintenance: Provide L2/L3 support, including troubleshooting, error analysis, and month-end closing activities.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience: 4-9 years for Consultant roles, 8-14 years for Senior/L3 roles.
- Functional Expertise: Deep knowledge of SAP RAR, FI, and SD modules.
- Education: CA, ICWA, or MBA Finance is often preferred.
- Technical Skills: Experience in Revenue Accounting Items (RAI) processing and RICEFW development.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
