Our client is a fast growing company with over 80 years of experience who is a market leader within their industry. As part of their plan to invest in technology, they are now hiring an experienced SAP Manager IS-Retail to join their team.

About the job

• Serve as the regional subject matter expert to oversee SAP retail platform
• Leading SAP project planning sessions and ensure that projects are delivered on-time and within scope. This includes maintaining prompt communication and timely reports to business stakeholders on project status while monitoring project progress on issues such as quality, costs, planning and resources
• Define and maintain the overarching retail application architecture for all systems (e.g., e-commerce, POS, CRM, WMS) to ensure scalability, security, and seamless integration
• Drive Innovation with AI: Identify, evaluate, and champion the adoption of AI, Machine Learning (ML), and other emerging technologies to enhance business processes and create new opportunities.
• Collaborating with business units to understand their requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.

Skills and experience required

As a successful applicant, you will have at least 5 years of experience in SAP retail and Customer Activity Repository (CAR). Proven track record in SAP S4 HANA and OR POS will be of added advantage.

Proven track recording in a regional role will be of added advantage.
