Job Description

We are seeking a resource to support the management of the SAP ECC migration initiative.

Expected Outcomes

Define the overall scope of the migration project
Develop the implementation and migration roadmap, including key milestones and dependencies

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with business users to gather requirements across FICO modules (GL, AP, AR, AA) and Source‑to‑Pay processes
Partner with the technology team to define and validate the migration approach
Work with the technology team to assess upstream and downstream system impacts
Support the Project Manager in providing regular updates to senior stakeholders (e.g. Project Steering Committee)
Provide end‑to‑end support for the RFP process, including requirements input and evaluation

The ideal candidate will be able to:

Facilitate workshops with business and technology teams to drive requirements gathering and impact assessments
Deliver clear and concise management updates tailored to senior stakeholders
Produce succinct analysis and impact assessments to support informed decision‑making
Demonstrate strong stakeholder engagement and relationship‑management skills
Possess solid knowledge of finance and procurement processes
Effectively drive and support process change initiatives
Work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced and high-stake environment
Navigate and manage ambiguity, demonstrating sound judgement in evolving and complex situations
