Key Responsibilities:
Project & Delivery:
- Lead end-to-end SAP Ariba implementation and enhancement projects
- Manage project scope, timelines, risks, and deliverables
- Drive project governance, documentation, and status reporting
Functional Responsibilities:
- Work closely with business users to gather and validate requirements
- Translate procurement business processes into SAP Ariba solutions
- Oversee functional design for Ariba modules including Sourcing, Contracts, Buying & Invoicing, and Supplier Management
- Conduct workshops, UAT support, and solution validation
Technical Responsibilities:
- Provide hands-on guidance on SAP Ariba configuration and system setup
- Review technical design, configurations, and solution feasibility within Ariba
- Ensure system performance, data accuracy, and solution quality
- Support issue resolution, defect management, and post-go-live support
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 5+ years of strong hands-on SAP Ariba experience
- Proven experience covering both technical configuration and functional process design
- Solid understanding of SAP Ariba modules and system capabilities
- Experience leading SAP Ariba projects or workstreams
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to bridge business needs with technical execution
