Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Strategy and Project Management Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in formulating and implementing strategic initiatives, overseeing project management activities, and driving digital transformation across multiple workstreams.

Strategic Formulation:

  • Formulate the digital growth mandate, including a custom delivery model, process flow, and governance model.
  • Conduct a Digital DNA survey and interviews to understand digital capability and readiness for change.

Market Assessment and Initiatives:

  • Assist in market assessment and develop digital initiatives to maintain a competitive advantage.
  • Manage projects across four key workstreams: Strategy, Digital, Technology, and People.

Project Management:

  • Lead a hybrid-agile approach project with team members from multiple countries.
  • Manage project activities for IT implementation, system upgrades, configuration, and development.
  • Control project scope, resources, timeline, and quality.

Requirements Gathering and Documentation:

  • Conduct requirements gathering and develop Business Requirements and Functional Requirements Documentation
  • Deliver Target Operating Model (TOM) assessments for business units in multiple countries.

Data Assessment and Solution Design:

  • Conduct data gap assessments, map data against business requirements, and design solution architecture.
  • Understand localization needs of different countries and identify gaps to global design.

Change Management:

  • Manage day-to-day project management activities across multiple workstreams.
  • Conduct business requirements mapping and oversee test management activities during testing phases (i.e. System Integration Test (SIT) / User Acceptance Testing (UAT)).
  • Plan and assist in change management activities, including training sessions and communications.

Agile Transformation:

  • Lead the agile transformation for business groups.
  • Conduct interviews, assess customer journeys, and design To-Be operating models.

Team Leadership and Coaching:

  • Coach and facilitate Solution Design Labs. Lead and guide the team through the Design Thinking process.

Technology Evaluations:

  • Conduct technology evaluations and selections for the client based on business requirements.
  • Manage day-to-day project management activities, liaising with counterparts and consultants.

About you:

  • At least 3 years of SAP Consulting experience, with a minimum of 3 years project management experience and 2 years as a SAP functional or technical consultant.
  • Proven experience in formulating and implementing strategic initiatives.
  • Strong project management skills with a track record of successful project delivery.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital transformation, agile methodologies, and technology assessments.
  • Excellent leadership and coaching abilities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in leading pre-sales, proposals and RFPs.
  • Relevant certifications in project management and agile methodologies are a plus.
