SAP Process Excellence Lead, Healthcare - S/4 Transformation

You will have the opportunity to:
serve as the central custodian of SAP Finance and Logistics MM business processes, directly supporting the SAP Transformation Lead in implementing and sustaining harmonized enterprise standards across the national public healthcare ecosystem. Acting as the bridge between cluster Business Process Owners (BPOs), technical implementation partners, and senior stakeholders, you will drive process alignment, govern enterprise documentation, and minimize customization in a large-scale S/4HANA migration from legacy SAP ECC6 instances. Furthermore, you will play a pivotal role through SIT, UAT, deployment, and stabilization, ultimately establishing and operating a dedicated SAP Finance and Logistics MM Process Centre of Excellence (COE) that tracks process KPIs, maintains governance frameworks, and leads long-term continuous improvement and operational excellence.

You will bring your experience of:
15-20 years of proven expertise across SAP, large-scale ERP transformations, business process management, or enterprise process excellence, backed by a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or Operations Management. You possess a strong understanding of end-to-end Finance and/or Supply Chain operations, combined with working knowledge of SAP S/4HANA or ECC platforms and a deep familiarisation with process governance and performance measurement. A resilient, highly articulate facilitator, you demonstrate exceptional stakeholder management skills to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority and align complex ecosystem partners. Background in healthcare, the public sector, or regulated environments, alongside experience establishing or operating a Centre of Excellence (COE), will be highly regarded.
