Provide guidance to the businesses on the appropriate use of the SAP system

Worked on Discrete, process industries & Repetitive Manufacturing scenarios

Worked on Sales and Operational planning, Long term planning, Material Requirement Planning, Demand Management, capacity evaluation and production execution processes.

Should have strong through knowledge on all the Planning strategies (Make to Order/Make to stock/ Engineer to Order)

Should have worked on Quality Planning, Quality Inspection and Quality Improvement (Quality Notification & Nonconformance Management) Processes.

Good understanding of Sample management, Stability Study, Dynamic Modification of the Inspection Scope and Statistical Process Control (SPC)

Knowledge Management and creation of effective reusable components

Configure and maintain the relevant ECC components including but not limited to SAP PP & SAP QM (including documentation) and Batch management

Support business users in delivery of end user training

Support Extract, Transform and Cleanse of DTS data objects

Provide overall maintenance and support

Create functional specifications for application development objects (interfaces, conversions, enhancements and reports and forms) and guide the development of those programs within the development team.

Coordination with the global team on all changes

• In-depth understanding of SAP PP and QM functionality, Integration batch Management and underlying data model (including configuration and master data)
