Position: SAP HCM Payroll Consultant / SAP Payroll Specialist

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP HCM Payroll Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in Singapore Payroll processing and SAP Payroll configuration. The candidate will be responsible for payroll operations, statutory compliance, payroll support, testing, and stakeholder coordination. The ideal candidate should have at least 2-3 years of payroll experience with exposure to SAP HCM Payroll and Singapore statutory payroll processes.

Key Responsibilities

SAP Payroll Support & Configuration

. Support and maintain SAP HCM Payroll for Singapore payroll operations.

. Assist in payroll configuration including wage types, schemas, PCRs, payroll rules, and off-cycle payroll processing.

. Support payroll integration with Time Management and Finance modules.

. Handle payroll control records, posting runs, and payroll validation activities.

Payroll Processing & Operations

. Execute payroll simulation and live payroll runs accurately and within timelines.

. Support payroll activities including retroactive accounting, adjustments, bonuses, allowances, and termination payments.

. Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies and payroll-related incidents.

Statutory Compliance

. Ensure payroll processes comply with Singapore statutory requirements including CPF, SDL, IRAS, AIS, CDAC, MBMF, SINDA, and NS claims.

. Support year-end payroll activities including IR8A, IR8S, Appendix 8A/8B submissions.

. Keep updated with payroll legislation and support required system changes.

Testing & Support

. Participate in Unit Testing, SIT, and UAT for payroll enhancements and changes.

. Validate payroll results and support issue resolution during testing cycles.

. Support payroll data migration and cutover activities when required.

Stakeholder Management

. Work closely with HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT teams to support payroll operations.

. Respond to payroll-related queries, incidents, and change requests.

. Assist in preparing payroll documentation, SOPs, and user training materials.

Required Skills & Experience

. Minimum 2-3 years of payroll experience with exposure to SAP HCM Payroll.

. Hands-on experience in Singapore Payroll processing and statutory compliance.

. Basic to intermediate experience in SAP Payroll configuration, payroll schemas, PCRs, wage types, and retro calculations.

. Knowledge of payroll integration with Time Management and Finance is an advantage.

. Familiarity with Payroll Control Center (PCC) is a plus.

. Good understanding of Singapore payroll regulations and HR payroll processes.

. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
