Job Description

About The Role

As part of Accenture's Service Delivery team, you will lead the Plan-to-Deliver (P2D) workstream, focusing on SAP Project Systems (PS) and Plant Maintenance (PM). This role is critical in driving end-to-end solution design, ensuring seamless integration across SAP modules, and enabling efficient project execution and asset management for clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end P2D workstream, covering SAP Project Systems (PS) and SAP Plant Maintenance (PM)
  • Design and configure PS structures, including Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), milestone billing, and resource-related billing
  • Oversee revenue accounting and recognition (RAR), ensuring accurate project financial tracking and profitability reporting
  • Define and own SAP PM solutions, including equipment master data, preventive and corrective maintenance strategies, and service management processes
  • Ensure cross-functional integration across SAP modules, including PS with SD, HCM/Payroll, and FI/CO, as well as PM integration with relevant systems
  • Facilitate and lead workshops to gather requirements, validate solutions, and align stakeholders across multiple business functions
  • Act as the integration lead across key value streams, ensuring alignment between P2D, Order-to-Cash (O2C), Hire-to-Expire (H2E), and Record-to-Report (R2R)
  • Provide guidance to functional teams and contribute to solution governance, quality, and delivery excellence

  • Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field
  • Proven experience in SAP Project Systems (PS) and Plant Maintenance (PM) implementations
  • Strong understanding of project billing, revenue recognition, and project financial management
  • Experience in cross-module SAP integration (e.g., FI/CO, SD, HCM)
  • Demonstrated ability to lead workshops and stakeholder discussions
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Experience in leading or managing workstreams within large-scale SAP programs

  • Preferred Qualifications (Optional)

  • SAP S/4HANA implementation experience
  • Exposure to SAP Revenue Accounting and Reporting (RAR)
  • Experience in delivering end-to-end transformation programs
  • Knowledge of industry best practices in project and asset management
  • Certifications in SAP PS or PM
