Responsibilities
- Serve as a key member of the initial project delivery team, leading solution architecture and mitigating project risks.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of business requirements to design and implement comprehensive solutions.
- Identify and address integration challenges, developing innovative solutions to ensure seamless functionality.
- Mentor and coach project team members to enhance their skills and expertise.
- Collaborate effectively within mixed teams comprising client representatives and consultants.
- Lead functional and technical architecture in complex SAP and hybrid SAP/non-SAP environments.
- Facilitate design workshops across multiple areas of expertise.
- Support the leadership in crafting phasing strategies, benefit cases, organizational structures, and risk mitigation plans.
- Contribute to the development of methods, tools, and strategies for the Solution Team
Key Competencies
- Good expertise in business requirements analysis and solution design in specific areas such as technology, industry, or line of business.
- Proven ability to mobilize and inspire diverse project teams, coordinating efforts in complex scenarios.
- Comprehensive understanding of SAP functionality and technology, with the capability to quickly evaluate emerging solutions.
- Broad content experience across multiple lines of business and technical domains.
- Command respect and confidence of peers, clients, and senior stakeholders, including Solution Architects, Solution Directors, and Commercial Teams.
Skills Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10 - 14 years of experience in SAP implementations, specifically within asset management and related modules (PM, CS, PS, QM, A&D Industry Solutions).
- Expertise in SAP EAM/MRO with at least one full project lifecycle implementation.
- Good knowledge of integration between SAP PM and MM/WM modules.
- Experience in Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) within asset-intensive industries.
- Proven track record in implementing SAP S/4HANA projects, with advanced architecture skills.
- Familiarity with SAP solutions for asset maintenance in highly regulated environments.
- Knowledge of HCL iMRO solutions is highly desirable.
