SAP MM Team Lead (Functional Consultant)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead SAP MM functional design and delivery across full project lifecycle (implementation, rollout, upgrade, support).
• Provide strategic direction for procurement, inventory management, valuation, and logistics processes.
• Engage senior stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable SAP solutions.
• Lead FIT-GAP analysis, blueprinting, configuration, testing (SIT/UAT), cutover and go-live activities.
• Drive integration with SAP modules including FI, SD, PP, QM, WM/EWM, and Ariba.
• Manage and mentor functional consultants, ensuring high quality deliverables and best practices.
• Oversee data migration, master data governance, and process standardization.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and procurement policies.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and S/4HANA transformation programs.

Key Skills & Expertise

• Deep expertise in SAP MM configuration:
• Procurement (PR, PO, RFQ, Contracts, Scheduling Agreements)
• Inventory Management & Physical Inventory
• Valuation, Account Determination, Material Ledger exposure
• Vendor Master & Material Master
• Release Strategy & Pricing Procedures
• Strong experience in S/4HANA and/or ECC environments.
• Integration knowledge with FI, SD, PP, QM, WM/EWM, Ariba.
• Experience in complex integration landscapes and large enterprise environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and leadership capabilities.
• Experience in SIT, UAT, defect resolution, and cutover planning.
