Job Overview: Currently we are looking for
SAP Manager/ Senior Manager - Finance (FI/CO) to join as part of our team.
Position: SAP Manager/ Senior Manager - Finance (FI/CO)
Location: Singapore (PR/Citizens only)

Expectations And Tasks
- Take ownership of SAP Finance (FI/CO) business process design and functional solution architecture within SAP transformation and S/4HANA projects.
- Lead client workshops and advisory sessions to assess business requirements and guide clients on S/4HANA finance transformation feasibility and roadmap.
- Manage and drive end-to-end project delivery across the Asia-Pacific region, ensuring alignment with project scope, timelines, and quality standards.
- Actively contribute to pre-sales activities, including solution positioning, proposal preparation, client presentations, and supporting sales pursuits in the APAC region.
- Provide strategic guidance on SAP Finance best practices, supporting clients in optimizing financial processes through SAP solutions.
Job Requirements
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline; other relevant degrees with strong SAP Finance experience will also be considered.
- >10 years of professional experience in SAP Finance (FI/CO) with strong understanding of end-to-end financial processes and integration with other SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD, CO, etc.).
- Proven experience working on SAP S/4HANA Finance implementations, rollouts, or transformation projects.
- Experience driving pre-sales activities, including solution design, proposal preparation, client workshops, and SAP Finance solution demonstrations.
- Strong stakeholder management and client advisory skills in consulting environments.
- Knowledge of overarching technical topics like SAP architecture and BTP is an advantage.
- Fluent in English (verbal and written) with strong presentation and communication skills.
