About the Role
SAP IBP Functional Consultant supports operations, enhancements and user engagement, including troubleshooting, end-user support, system maintenance, go-lives, and basic configuration. This role will work closely with business users, implementation partners and AMS vendors to translate requirements into functional solutions and ensure smooth daily system performance, with strong supply chain understanding and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide functional support for SAP IBP, including end-user request handling and issue troubleshooting
- Ensure smooth system operations and stability in daily business use
- Support system maintenance and go-live activities with minimal business disruption
- Collaborate with implementation partners and AMS vendors to resolve issues and deliver enhancements
- Perform basic SAP IBP configuration and system setup (perimeter setup) when required
- Act as liaison between business users and technical teams to translate requirements into solutions
- Manage support tickets with timely response and resolution to maintain service levels
A successful candidate should have:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Supply Chain, Business, or related field
- Experience in SAP IBP functional support or implementation
- Familiarity with SAP IBP configuration and system setup
- Experience in AMS or BAU operational support environments
- Understanding of supply chain planning processes (e.g., demand and supply planning)
- Strong communication skills with ability to engage business and technical stakeholders
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and collaborative with exposure to SAP modules (PP, MM, SD) as a plus
