Key Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance HR-ABAP programs, reports, and enhancements (BADIs, User Exits, BAPIs) for core HR modules (PA, OM, Time, Payroll).
- Perform RICEFW development for SAP HR customizations and enhancements.
- Build, maintain, and troubleshoot OData services to support Fiori/UI5 applications.
- Design and implement inbound/outbound interfaces via SFTP for HR data exchange.
- Develop and maintain Adobe Forms (HR Forms/Smartforms) for HR processes such as payslips and contracts.
- Design, enhance, and support SAP workflows and approval scenarios.
- Debug and optimize performance for ABAP programs and workflows.
- Collaborate with functional consultants and business users to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
- Ensure compliance with SAP development best practices and authorization/security standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in HR-ABAP development and SAP HR modules (PA, OM, Time, Payroll).
- Practical experience in RICEFW development.
- Hands-on experience in developing and troubleshooting OData services.
- Experience building interfaces using SFTP for HR data exchange.
- Knowledge of Adobe Forms (HR Forms/ Smartforms) development.
- Experience in SAP workflows and approval scenarios.
- Familiarity with Fiori/UI5 and backend integration.
- Good debugging and performance optimization skills.
- Understanding of HR business processes and authorizations.
